Dennis Doherty, T.C., B.Ed., M.Ed.(hons). is the Principal Consultant and proprietor of Pathways International Consulting.

Dennis has a vast experience in all aspects of organisational operation and personnel development. He is an excellent presenter and "people person" with considerable experience in mediation and facilitation of group decision making.

He is a strong advocate of the “Sharing Wisdom” model of decision-making and discernment. Dennis brings to any task deep knowledge of organisational and group dynamic issues that affect the operation of any group or organisation.

Dennis has pioneered processes for school and organisational renewal, personnel performance review and mentoring processes that are centred on self-reflection and group visioning.

Deborah Bacik

Deborah Bacik

Educational Consultant

Deborah Bacik, Dip Teach, Grand Dip Spec Ed, Dip TESOL, is an Education Consultant for Pathways International Consulting.

Deborah has extensive teaching experience in a wide variety of settings. She has worked as a teacher of English and an adviser and leader in Special Education, Behaviour Management, Literacy, English as a Second Language in regular and special schools, and Intensive Language Centre environments.

This wide-ranging experience in State, Catholic and Independent schools gives Deborah a comprehensive background at both primary and secondary levels for her work as an Education Consultant specialising in Organisational Structure, Recruitment, Personality assessment and Curriculum issues.

Deborah’s capacity as a teacher complements her ability to relate easily to the school context as an effective change agent.
